Booking Policy
Advance registration is required for all programs. Registration can be made by email, phone or in person at our office. A credit card or prepayment is required to confirm and guarantee all bookings. Space will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Tour Cancellation Policy
A minimum cancellation fee of $25+GST applies. Cancellations received within 24 hours of booked tour and no shows will be charged full tour price.
Course Cancellation Policy
An administrative fee of $25+GST applies to all cancellations. Cancellations received within two weeks of the course start date will be subject to the full course fee.
Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to 5% GST tax. Prices may change without notice.
Mountain activities involve many inherent risks and factors beyond our control. Please read our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Assumption of Risks Agreement before signing. Signing the agreement will affect certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
A completed Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Assumption of Risks agreement and completed medical form are required before participating on any of our tours or courses.
