Registration Information

Registration & Reservations:

All programs require advance registration. Reservations can be made by email, phone and fax or in person.

A credit card and pre-payment is required to confirm and guarantee all bookings.

All participants must read and sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement

Space will be reserved on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed until we have received full payment.

By internet:
You can book through our website 7 days a week via: www.whistlerguides.com. We will contact you within 24 hours of submitting your booking to arrange payment and confirm availability.

By phone:
We are available by phone (604.938.9242) 7 days a week from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. When you call we will discuss the program you wish to book to ensure it is suitable for you, and answer any questions you may have. You will be registered immediately (pending space availability) if you pay using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Alternatively, if you cannot reach us directly, please leave a detailed message on our voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

In Person:
We are located on the 2nd floor of the Market Pavilion at #207B-4368 Main Street. Our office is staffed from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm 7 days per weeks. Please feel free to drop by in person to register, or if you need more information on our programs.

Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, Money Orders, bank/wire transfers and cash. Please contact our office for more details.

Cancellations:
Due to the nature of our programs, we must insist on a strict cancellation policy. Please read the following policies carefully prior to registering for our programs.

All bookings are subject to a minimum $25+HST cancellation fee.

Failure to cancel or reschedule 90 days before a program will result in loss of tuition for that program.

Re-scheduling a program will be subject to a $75+GST fee.

The Whistler Alpine Guides Bureau reserves the right to cancel or postpone programs at any time and refund in whole (or part) any fees collected. All other expenses incurred as a result of WAGB cancelling a program are the responsibility of the participant.
