Tantalus Range (2603m)
Rising up from the head of Howe Sound is a collection of inspiring peaks clustered together on the western side of the Squamish River. The jagged summits of the Tantalus range offer excellent technical alpine climbing and mountaineering on granite rock and steep snow.
Helicopter access from Squamish (half-way between Whistler and Vancouver) negates a two-day approach and maximizes your climbing time in the mountains. Join one of our professional, ACMG Alpine Guides for a trip that focuses on ascending the cream of the Tantalus Ranges' technical routes.
In This Tour:
You will spend two to four days at a high alpine camp giving you access to the finest routes in the range. The potential in this alpine playground is endless including possible ascents of Mounts Dione, Tantalus, Serratus and Alpha.
